Solar Water Heating System

Solar hot water heating systems use pumps, valves, and controllers to circulate water or other heat transfer fluids (such as antifreeze) through the collectors. Himin’s evacuated tube collectors can be used in closed-loop or open-loop configuration, although we advise the use of the closed-loop configuration wherever possible, as this will prevent corrosion or scale buildup in the U-pipe. Using a closed system will considerably extend the life of the collector.

Temperature difference cycle:
The function is automatically identified and executed by the control system, which ensures the precise and timely work of the cycle system and high efficiency of the whole system.

Temperature cycle:

The function is automatically identified and executed by the control system. The temperature control for the thermal storage system or water intake system is carried out through the cycle system. The temperature control for the water intake system is finished in the factory to ensure that the water flows from the pipeline with a constant temperature.

Overheating protection:
There are various kinds of protections: the heat collecting system, overheating protection system and the electric overheating protection system. The former is automatically identified and executed by the control system to ensure the safe operation of the heat collection system and thermal storage system; the latter is automatically identified and executed by the temperature induction of the part to ensure that the electric, heating pipe can run safely. When needing to restore the work status, please carry out the manual operation.

Anti-scalding protection:
This function is automatically identified and executed by the temperature induction elements of the parts to prevent the water pipeline from being overheated. The user can set the temperature of the pipeline.

Pressure limited:
The function is automatically identified and executed by the pressure and temperature induction elements of the parts to ensure that the thermal storage system can work naturally under the safe pressure and temperature.

Clock-control of electric heating:
The function is begun manually by the users and identified and executed by the control system to ensure that the system still needs the user’s requests when the solar energy is insufficient.

Anti-Freeze Function

The function is finished by the original cycle medium of the system to ensure the straightway of the system pipeline under the continuous low temperature.
